studio户型，今年9月到明年9月，一共是52周房间有沙发，还有一个衣帽间，比一般的studio好太多了。现在公寓是300一周，之前定的时候是280一周，差价我自己补。本来是今年自己住的，有特殊原因，现在去不了了走官方合同，真实！！
