刚开学一个月，家里有点事情休学了，房子空着也不太行，想转出去，是F2的studio户型，正课的合同到明年9月的我来的时候房间很新的，设施也都齐全，4道门禁，代收包裹步行2分钟内就有三家超市，公共交通也方便楼下就有公交，ual、ic都是分分钟到的
